We act as an independent credit intermediary for a limited number of carefully selected credit providers. These finance
products are limited to:
• Hire Purchase
• Personal Contract Purchase (PCP)
• Personal Loan
3. Is the product affordable for you?
Please ensure you can afford the repayments for the full duration of the loan before entering into a credit agreement.
4. Understanding the needs of our customers.
0260 Cars rely on the transparency of the information that you provide us regarding your personal circumstances, this
enables us to advise you professionally and to the best of our ability. If you have any specific personal needs, then you
should make us aware. Any information that is knowingly withheld may inhibit our ability to advise you correctly. If you feel
undecided or vulnerable in anyway then you should not sign your agreement without further consultation.
5. Which service will we provide you with?
We can introduce you to a group of carefully selected credit providers or brokers who may be able to offer you finance for
your purchase. We are only able to offer finance products from these providers and we will explain the key features of these
products to you. You must decide whether the finance product is right for you. We are NOT independent financial advisors.
6. What will you have to pay us for our Services?
We do not charge you any fee for our services. We may receive a payment from the credit provider or broker for
introducing you to them as indicated verbally prior to you signing your finance agreement. Typically, the payment
received is a fixed fee or percentage of the amount you borrow and may be linked to your credit status. A payment made to

7. Who regulates us?
0260 Cars Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our registered FCA number is 655347. Our

8. What to do if you have a complaint?
If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone on 01892 660011. If
you unable to settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
9. How do we handle your Data?
We use information about you to process your order, supply or manage your product / service and for marketing.
We may share your information with finance companies, credit reference agencies and other companies for use in credit
decisions, for fraud prevention and to pursue debtors. If you do not agree to your information being used in this way,
